It a 'newish' test using 'up to date' digital equipment where they
place a remote unit in the excahnge & use a tester, controlled by a
laptop, to test your line thoroughly.

Controlled by Laptop presumably because people like you can't use the
kit properly.... Must be a company wide problem - not just you then.

<predicted answer: the troll is back, etc. etc>

As per usual utterly & completely wrong, firstly not all hawk users have
remote units,

They were supplied as kits, what a short memory you have.

But seeing as you are still busy tweaking your nipples with that closet
mega I wouldn't expect you to know what is actually happening in the
field nowadays.

And you will still struggle to work one of these. Why do you think they
would give BT Muppet's 10 point failures for not doing this? Simple.
Because field engineers are *famous* for not doing the job properly! If
they could trust *any* of you to do half a job, they would not *need* to
do it. Overpaid, under worked and not very bright - The BT 'Engineer'.

Still, won't effect you much. You spend most of your sick, lame, lazy
time on your arse in a warm exchange telling us all how bad everyone else
is. That's in between pulling yourself off in the bog.
