Me too. I was first told my line was incapable of supporting ADSL.
Now I get 2.5Mb on ADSL Max.
The connectin is certaun;y stable ENOUGH Yes it does flop occasionally in cold weather and has gone down as slow as 3200, but mostly its between 3500 and 4000.
