Cable Broadband, ie: Virgin Media, make a big song and dance about
how superior Cable is to ADSL due to the points above.
Thay say that it doesn't matter about line length, it doesn't matter
about distance from exchange.
Show me where any VM advertising *guarantees* that you *will* get the
*full* advertised speed *all the time*. You can't because they don't.
Even they say "up to" because they *know* they can't guarantee it due
to the nature of the beast.
"it doesn't matter how far you live from the exchange. Since it's
delivered by cable, your download speeds aren't affected by the distance
your PC is from the telephone exchange"

Anything else you want from me to prove that you're always wrong,
Try reading what you quote. There's nothing in the quote above where
VM say you will definitely get 20Mb. All they say is that you're not
distance-dependent.
and
are always puttin words into peoples mouths to twist things so they
might go your way?
Pot, meet kettle.
In this case, it's where you used the word *guarantee*
At no stage did anyone imply that *you* introduced the word guarantee.
That said, your original post is clearly attempting to imply that VM's
adverts make such a claim - they don't, and so you're the one putting
words in mouths.
Also, your G key is broken. And yes, I know its because you claim to
be illiterate and unable to speak english properly.
