the full CLI is not available for release. That way I could ignore calls
from India and answer ones from countries where I have friends and
relatives.
Unfortunately, the dipsticks at BT, didn't allow for enough CLI
digits, and did it differently to other countries.
So USRobotics CLI didn't/doesn't work in the UK, they may
have fixed it, but it now only affects the diminshing number of
dial up users.
