Whoever designed their website needs to be strung up and then shot, and then perhaps shot again.

Its a sort of collage of colours, and links, a superb example of bad website design.

Reminds me of how websites used to be years ago before designers learned not to cram everything in.

Really? I quite like our portal compared to others.

Orange, purple, blue, red, green! Na!

Have you had a look at the account controls by logging into the membercentre using 'guest' as username and password?

a. Why are referrals in Account details as well as in the Referalls
section?

b. Static IP belongs in Connection Settings
c. ditto Bandwidth Speed Test

d. View My Usage belongs in Account Settings or maybe both.
e. Account Upgrade surely belongs in Account Settings

I could go on...for a suitable fee (not expensive)
Yes, I am a customer.

And me. But I tend to agree with your sentiments.

The Portal is rather a minefield.

The critical thing about your examples is that once lost, you are lost forever.

I think that I would have preferred Bob Pullen's comment to have been: "Really? ''Our customers'' quite like our portal compared to others."

There is everything you need to know on the website - but, like Topsy' it has just grown and evolved.

Given a good shakedown, it would be an unbeatable reference source of both general and Plusnet-specific information.

Flop
