OT : MSN Messenger webcam port

My offspring insists on using webcam with MSN Messenger, and despite my
protests to the contrary, carries on doing so whilst I am gaming,
causing me untold 'ping' problems!

I don't want to ban the internet lock, stock and two smoking barrels,
just the webcam bit of MSN.

We are running through a 'Notgreat' DG834G router that I think can be
configured on certain ports via the firewall to ban such...........
anyone care to enlighten me as to which ports I need to close to a)
allow MSN per se, but b) stop the webcam?

TIA

.
