Incidentally, how do you find hosting365? I'm thinking about taking a
dedicated server from them.
It is a dedicated server and it is generally okay. I did have a problem
just before new years where the filesystem randomly corrupted itself and
I had to rebuild the system from scratch but they helped me get it back
up and running. They also helped me with a few firewall errors which
blocked me out :0)
They've been good with support though sometimes you'll get a quicker
response if you phone or catch one of the guys in the IRC channel and
point them at your ticket.
Far better than the support I had from Burst. After three weeks we
*still* didn't have a working server and then they went and broke it
completely. They tried to pretend they hadn't even touched that part of
it but I made a quick copy of all the logfiles before challenging them
and all they offered to do was a basic reinstall and chuck in an extra
256Mb ram. I told them where they could should their poorly supported
server and went to 365.
