Any ISP's who do manual upgrades?


Have been with BTY for the last 2 years with no problems at 512K and
have tried to get upgraded to 1mb, but always hit a brick wall with the
normal 'Computer says No' syndrome.

Line stats from my router show a snr of 26db and line attenuation of
55-56db which are well within BT's published limits.

Are there any ISP's out there who can get a manual upgrade to 1mb
processed? - Its time to switch from BTY and find a technically
sympathetic ISP :)
