Two main ways. Best to start by just running "telnet" as the DOS prompt,
and then "h" to get the helpscreen. There's several commands to do stuff
like start a logfile, which you might want to do.
Otherwise "telnet 127.0.0.1 80" at the DOS prompt. That's your own
machine it will try, which will fail to connect, and so close after a
few seconds, if you don't have a server on that port.
