There are a lot more leaving, not just because of the non capping, the
non throttling & the non traffic shaping but because of the under hand
way they have been treating the people who are paying their wages. The
confusion which is displayed when they are caught out, the very fact
that they don't keep their story straight from one day to another. The
fact that they are banning their customers from the forums (which appear
to be the preferred online way to communicate nowadays) for asking
difficult questions & not accepting non answers (they've even kicked a
couple out of PN completely for basically worrying at them, like a dog
worries a bone, over a couple of issues).
Are these the actions of an open & above board company no! To be honest
the management appear to have lost the plot entirely & the guys at the
sharp end are having to bare the brunt of things, they aren't even
honest to prospective customers about the capping, shapping/throttling
as 'it may confuse them'. Their words not mine...
The only people who are actively promoting PN do so in order to gain the
extra discount from the refferal reward system
.
