It goes without saying, the less you pay for the service the faster
the deterioration in service quality.

It's a fundamental law of engineering economics which applies to the
medium term.

In the short term, there's little point in hopping about from one
service provider to another in the hope of long term financial gain.

Service providers have arranged things that way. You can't win !
