If anyone is considering buying any goods from Ebuyer, think again. I am
currently waiting for a resolve of missing items in my order after almost
one month since the order was placed. They rarely answer any communications
from customers, and their 0845 line cuts you off immediately after wasting
your money on the call, constanly reporting that the line is busy and
advising you to try again later (I've made over 30 calls to this number, and
still not managed to get to speak to anyone.... sometimes it will keep you
on the line for 15 to 30 minutes, suggesting that you are in a queing
system, before cutting you off, thus wasting even more money for you
You have been warned. Steer clear of Ebuyer, I wouldn't like to think that
you get caiught up in their mess, as I have done.
I don't think its acceptable to have to wait a month to resolve a problem
like this.....
