but in order to shut of non contributors surely they have to target specific
cards, and if so then they can
only do this by using digital code switch which will turn off that
particular card/box.
Now don't swear or rant and rave, just explain why this is not so.
When we moved to Scotland I 'phoned Sky to change the default BBC1 from
BBC1 North-West to BBC Scotland. She did it as I watched so must have
targeted my card.
