Couple more questions.

Firstly, my viewing card hasn't yet turned up for my standard digibox. If it arrives after the HD box, is there any reason not to drop it straight in to the HD box instead, and then go through the 'New Installation' procedure?

Secondly, am I obliged to leave either box connected to the phone line now?
