Just got og the phone to them.

1) They claim the pin numbe rfo rmy Sky+ box is the same as for the second
box. It isnt. Finally they gave me a Pin Number

2) They said it is an issue but nothing they can do. Aske dto cancel whole
sky thing (been thinking of canceling for a while) All of a sudden proble
will be fixed

3) Still no fix for my rewind and pause issue on the Sky_+ box
