How do I lengthen the padding at the end of recordings?  Yes, I know the
official answer is to go to Services - Sky+ Setup but that has no affect.
No matter what value I set, from 0 to 10 minutes, I always get 2 minutes,
which is not long enough for the lazy so-and-sos at ITV.  It used to work
but stopped at the time ITV nearly doubled its regions.
