Explosive Licence renewal ?

HI all,

my explosive licence runs out in about a months time, so I am about to
renew it.

after phoning the police I was told certain engines now do not need a
licence, hinting at low-medium power aerotechs?

He also said I have to list all the motors and makes I want to use?

Lastly I now have to get a 18mm ply box to store them in. anyone know
of a suitable box and where to get one from.
