Replacement for colour changing CRT

Our old CRT television has taken a a turn for the worse. Blues have turned
a brown colour and people's faces are bright blue. I'm guessing nothing can
easily or inexpensively be done?
If so, would anyone have any suggestions for a current good buy for a flat
screen tv say with about a 40 inch screen?
