I'm in a hotel in Helsinki pissed currently, but my memory is Ofcom's end game is to have the UK UHF TV band running from, 21 to 30 and 39 to 61.

Ch 62 to be traded for Ch 39, which will lead to yet more changes at Winter Hill, Selkirk, Huntshaw Cross etc ?
