Further to this, do people actually stay awake long enough to read this
stuff?
I note that a lot of that file is just a jumble of stuff not readable, si
its obviously a picture or something. I know it locked up my machine when I
accessed it, i had to download it and extract as text to hear anything.

What it means, if it comes to pass, is that the average consumer in
Granadaland will not be able to watch the holiday season movies in
HD via his UHF TV antenna, and will have to wait 6 months for the
delights of BBC-HD and ITV-HD unless she or he buys a satellite dish
and DVB-s/MPEG-4 receiver, now available under the Freesat designation.
