Failing that, an STB which you re-scan for each direction and then
tweak aerial position looking at error rates.

We used to have the opposite problem in a maisonette in Essex. We
could get a couple of transmitters that Wolfbane doesn't show (unless
you put the Antenna height to 100m, which is a bit optimistic for a 3
story building!). The only way to find out what you can really receive
is to get an aerial up there.
