Hi,

Does anyone know how I find an authorized Philips service centre for a
warranty TV repair? I have tried their website and it says "No
dealers found" (I even typed London and it had nothing there too!).
The web page I used was:

I would have thought that a warranty repair would be arranged by the retailer
that the TV was bought from. Sadly warranty repairs are carried out by 3rd
parties rather that by Philips staff - who might be better trained and know what
they are doing. - Avoid 'Home Appliance Service' at Maidstone. They kept my
new Philips TV for 4 weeks just to make some adjustments.
