The problem is only with my 2 DVD players with digital coax
conections. Other anologue audio sources are OK.
Have changed the DVD player which also has optical digital output to
an optical lead this am., first tests indecate this solves the
problem on that player.
The other player only has coax out, but it is a resonablely good
phono to phono audio lead that is in use. Is there anything special
about audio leads used for digital?
One solution would be a new coax lead, but I do not want to pay an
arm and a leg for one marked up to £30/£50.
Rather go for a new player with an optical output.
My DVD player only has a coax output and my amp only an optical input, I use
a coax to optical converter, this may be useful to you.
