Is this the sort of info you are after:

The Lidl SilverCrest DVB-T SL65 has separate S-video connector and
digital audio, optical and coax out, plus two scarts one with YUV.
However I would not recommend the box, no MHeg layer for
interactivity, digital teletext etc, and lack of availability.

Don't know off hand of any other boxes with separate s-video
connectors, though there may well be some.
Some other STB's with s-video on the scart are:

The Sony STB VTX-D800U has two scarts but only the 'TV' scart may be
enabled for s-video, and a separate audio connector of uncommon design
that has both optical digital and analogue audio.

On the JVC STB both scarts may be enabled for s-video, with digital
coax audio on separate phono socket.

The older Philips DTR 1500 also could enable both scarts for s-video,
with Digital audio phono socket. Don't know about later models.

An earlier poster said the old On boxes could do s-video, but AIFIK
they don't. The setting is there in the list, but it was never
implemented.
