Being Sunday, both Capita and regional BBC premises are minimum staffed. In Brum, from example, the security guys and gals are having to take the calls.
I've spoken to ex colleagues, who have checked the TOT and found it correctly instructing STBs to remove the +1 hour offset on 30th October. The fact that some STBs have, my iPlayer for one, suggests that some STB manufacturers may have a bug in their software. Could it be the newer makes?
At around 14:20hrs my Sony 710 PVR corrected itself (or rather something in the bit stream gave it a kick :-) )
Now & Next has correctly taken the change, as those with PC Cards could interrogate and verify?
CEEFAX on analogue could be down to the regional re-inserters not updating. AIUI, this requires a manual reboot and thus engineering attendance. Some sites are not manned on a Sunday. I haven't heard much more on this one though!
Hannington Ceefax on 1 and 2, and PDC packet 8/30 finally corrected themselves at around 14:30 GMT
