Didn't you say you had a degree in Electronics? If you really have, you
shouldn't need to wonder about this sort of thing. Not only should you know
about it, you should be able to explain it properly to the rest of us, rather
than simply making categorical statements and dismissing everybody else's
assertions as "garbage".
