That the OP is getting good whites suggests the gun emission is
perfectly ok. The red over spill to one side sounds like a
convergence problem. I have no experience of these sets, but I go
with the suggestion made previously that a likely possibility is the
deflection coils coming adrift.

Probably just needs a spot of Araldite and a tweke up ;-)
