As Phil Cook's pointed out, R5 Sports Extra is permanently on Freeview,
and Test Match Special is always carried on R5 Sports Extra, so you can
receive it on Freeview. The only think you'd get on DAB that you
wouldn't get on Freeview are Yesterday In Parliament and The Daily
Service programmes which are 15-minute secondary services on DAB.
