None of the above applies, I tried from my work computer (Solaris and
Firefox), I tried my home Linux PC (also Firefox) and I tried my home
Windows PC (win2k and IE), all failed in the same way.

.... and as I said it worked fine when my wife idi it with her credit
card, using Firefox.
