Some years ago the firm who had the contract for copying Disney's

Doesn't sound too likely - Disney was/is pretty famous for not working
with duplication houses that do any kind of "adult" work.

Created quite a stir in the industry at the time.
The event did happen, it was a duplication house in Melbourne
and what occurred was that a batch of a soft porn title had a
problem in recording so the batch was rejected.
The tapes were re-used for a Disney title without being bulk
erased and the Disney title was shorter than the porn.
Anyone who bought the Disney tapes had a complete Disney
movie followed by the remainder of the porn after the end
of Disney.
Most reputable duplication houses will not duplicate anything
unrated or of any soft or hard porn content.
