"analogue-only" label petition slow

Come on guys - http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/analogue-warn/ only has 61
signatures so far! (This is the petition to have TV receiving equipment -
TVs, recorders, etc. - which has a tuner, but only an analogue terrestrial
one, clearly labelled as such, to help the less technically-savvy know what
they're buying. It's _not_ an attempt to ban the sale of such equipment,
just have it clearly labelled when on sale.) (I'm not the proposer, just a
supporter!)
