No I hadn't, but having just followed your link I most certainly will. Thank you, that is just what I was imagining.
There also used to be a flattish wire cage you could fit to put a personal under a jumper and use the wool as a windshield - that works quite well too, but not in a force 7.
I've also got a couple of 'biro' clips for ECM77 that hold the mic downwards or upwards in a breast pocket. That also helps.
