Agreed, so the real villains are not the BBC (or one of it's
'business partners') but the designers / accountants of the said
equipment for not designing their clocks to be manually adjustable,
and when they are adjustable it's not their fault when people are
either incapable or too dammed lazy to check and adjust their own
equipment.
