Small radio broadcast system

Hi all,

I'm in the process of setting up a small (low power) AM / FM broadcast
system. After doing some reading, I have the following system block:

audio source / computer source -> stereo to mono converter -> audio
processor -> AM/FM transmitter -> RF surge protector -> Antenna

Am I missing anything else? I know that I need some sort of monitor for
my signal levels, so that probably connects to the audio processor or
transmitter. Right?
