(no coverage through the internet)
I think that someone in this group said that one could watch through a proxy,
which would represent your computer as being somewhere where one could watch
Amen Corner... I had no luck with using a proxy, not with finding a post on the
subject.
It was said in the German golfing newsgroup, and I tried it to no avail:
"Channel not available" - too many users?
I also had no luck using this: <http://vod.premiere.de/oxid/index.php>
4 € for a video-via-internet thing by Premiere. I probably would have stepped up
and paid, but Media Player wouldn't, so I fiddled and tweaked and did the
computer equivalent of hanging tinfoil on the antenna, all to no avail.
This might be an alternative for the next big event
though IE with Active-X doesn't sound too good to me.
Ciao,
Paul
