I wrote a length follow-up to this, which Google groups contrived to
lose (first it said try again, then it said it was successful,
obviously it meant try try again) :-(

In essence, I would back up all of Mark's remarks. I would prefer to
stick around the £100-110 mark as I think that ought to be enough (l
view it as a roughly 50:50 split between golf and accommodation).

Any advice I can give Bill, if he needs it, will be willingly given.
I didn't have too many problems in 2006, but then perhaps I was
lucky !
