I will again be organising a 27 hole package society event for usg at
Aldwickbury Park GC on Thursday 14th September 2006.

The price for our usual 27 hole Society Package (Option D) consisting of :-
Coffee & Biscuits on arrival
9 hole team event on the main 'Park Course' teeing-off from 10.00 am
Light Lunch
18 hole individual Stableford event on the main 'Park Course' teeing-off
from 1.30 pm
3 course early Evening Meal
would be £58.50.
APGC do provide an alternative 27 hole Society Package (Option B) consisting
of :-
Coffee & Bacon Rolls on arrival
9 hole team event on the main 'Park Course' teeing-off from 10.00 am
Light Lunch
18 hole individual Stableford event on the main 'Park Course' teeing-off
from 1.30 pm
BUT NO EVENING MEAL
FOR A PRICE OF £45.50.
The Light Lunch menu choices are :- Soup & Sandwiches : Ham, Egg, Chips &
Peas : Steak & Ale Pie : Ploughmans.
The Main Course Dinner choices are :- Roast Beef : Roast Pork : Chicken
Chasseur : Beef Bourguignon : Gammon Steak : Salmon Hollandaise.
As we have played a Society Event in 2004 and 2005 we should be able to
secure a £2 per person discount off these prices for 2006.
We will need a minimum of 12 people to secure the discounts and the Society
booking.
Will everyone wishing to play please confirm their interest by e-mailing me
by 30th June and confirm which package option they would prefer.
If you have any preference for the Light Lunch and/or the Evening Meal
choices (see 'Booking Form' link in the Terms & Conditions) then please
indicate that in your e-mail as well.
I will arrange for the majority choice of package option and menu choice
indicated to me by 30th June.
I will e-mail all those that confirm their interest to request a deposit of
£23.50 by 30th July, the balance will be payable on the day.
