I was thinking the same thing.

Perhaps we could start a debate on the pros and cons of the R & A agreeing
that women can now qualify for The Open and Jean van de Velde's insistence
that men should therefore be allowed to play in the women's Open
competition.

As Mickey Walker said in last weekends DT - the whole issue has got out of
hand.
