No WoCO means the leader has a clear advantage if he/she posts after everyone else. WoCO means second place and anyone else within touching distance has a clear advantage if he/she posts after the leader. If there has to be an advantage to anyone on the last round, I think that morally it belongs to the leader. Otherwise you might as well scrap the first 37 weeks and just bet on the last round.
