Hope no-one minds but he need a bit of persuading so I stuffed some
of the contents of the petty cash jar into an envelope and gave it to
his agent. Seemed to do the trick.

I think that was a good call. Also, thought I'd let you know that I've
signed some Yank defender called Cory Gibbs from Feyenoord. I've never
actually heard of him but he was free, and might be quite good.

yet? I've been getting calls about him for the last week. Just
wondering
what I should tell them.

Word is they might have chosen Hull boss Peter Taylor for the role of
'patsy'. Anyone has any problems with this they should e-mail Richard
Murray ASAP.

As long as he doesn't get in the way, that should be fine. I've
already
told my mum that I'm the new joint-manager of Charlton and I won't
have some lower-league rubbishcunt questioning my methods.
