Yeah, I have ZoneAlarm on this fucker and I rather like it on the whole,
very fuckwit-friendly.

Sage advice. What's the best way to disable *** like that? Do you just
find it on your HDD and delete it, or is there some magical toggle thing you
can toggle?

I use Firefox now as well, and rather like it. I'm going for Xnews as my
froupreader on the new machine, but hadn't considered a new e-mail programme
as well. Why is Thunderbird better?

I intend to look after the new machine much better than I have this fucker,
of course.

Aww, that's nice. Although, I don't think I actually defended Outlook as
such, merely my own usage of it, which I think I explained much better in a
post to Allen only last night. I like when people take the trouble to say
'this is better, because of such-and-such', because then I have a clear idea
as to exactly where the investment of my time in changing over might benefit
me in the long run. Simply telling me something is better, though, in a
sort of 'just trust me on this' kind of way, will usually leave me feeling
utterly indifferent to it, even though I know most cunts here probably know
what they're talking about, because I generally can't be arsed with being
told what to do. Information is good. Advice is worthless without it.
