have you read anything about imigrants suing councils because they didnt
offer as good of view as they did back home? . also you are living in
dreamland if you think that

walk down handsworth say 11.30 pm and say that again. i'm not saying all
black people do this but there are plenty of racist black people. this is
simply forgotten though. evening mail 5 months ago. a woman was "forced" to
move out of her home because she was the only white withing 3 roads. by
forced i mean dirty looks spiting at her feet when she walked past. told she
wasnt welcome because she is a evil west white woman. no black people are
incaple of racism and never give anyone a hard time because of their skin!
don't have

yes i will moan about age discimination. there are plent jobs out there
stating 25 plus or a mature person only need to apply. if i was to advertise
for 18 to 20 year olds only, i'd have a lot of complaints. so yes i feel for
age discrimination

well they arent going to claim it wast as easy was they? also how much of
this "i found it harder" is actualy paranoia to a limit? with all this media
floating about claiming black people will struggle, it will have this
effect....surely? how do black people struggle with jobs? a customer of mine
was explaining, she was advertising for a new receptionist. her MD told her
he would like to improve the asian employee percentage of his company and
would like her to only employ a asian receptionist. she said "*** that,
i'll employ who ever has the best qualifications and who ever impresses at
the interviews" she now has a written warning. i'm due back at her house,
will be interesting to see who she employed. but more to the point, how
would you feel if you was white more qualified and didnt get the job because
of skin colour? it happens.
