LFO

My years subscription which cost £15 ran out this February. The £15 came
out automatically a few days ago causing me to go overdrawn and resulting in
me being charged £25 by my bank. I cannot get access to LFO as i'm
unauthorised and can't get access to the LFO website either. I'm asking
them to now authorise me so i can at least use the service (which i did'nt
want to continue after my years subscription was complete) Its now looking
like no service until i send them another £5 I was told it was £15 and
thats wgat they have taken automatically. Is this fair? I feel it's a poor
show and it would not happen on the high street. Does anyone have any
advice apart from sending them another £5 which will result in another £25
charge from my bank?
