I think that sums it up.
The English supporters are over the moon when their side avoids a defeat.
The OZ fans expect to win every match.
In which case can you explain why the Oz players were all jumping over
one another with joy when they drew the 2nd Test in the 2005 series?
If, like their fans they expected to win they should have been so
downhearted. Yep, you're just like any other country.
Will the Poms ever get over their inferiority complex ?
No, we bow down to your superiority, naturally. Although the amount of
bleating about umpires and bad fortune when Aus were losing was enough
proof to me that yep, you're just like any other country's supporters.
Fair comment, but the results are on the table........
I doubt if England will be able to hold a place in the top 4 in a few years..........
Funny how we've not seen you on here before this summer until now, Mr
Fair Weather.
I've been around far longer than most of the current crop that post here, sonny.
I'll give you a hint, I saw the last ball bowled by the greatest bowler of all.
Hint - his name starts with a 'D' and he aint a POM.
Don't confuse verbosity (an English trait) with accuracy. Sad but true.
