CricInfo's Stats Guru can provide this information.
http://stats.cricinfo.com/guru
Where you go from there depends on exactly what information you want. You can
easily get each ODI team's run rate (for and against) at each ground by
searching for the team and choosing the 'Ground record' option.
If you want the overall figures for each ground, I don't think there's any way
of getting those as a list, so you will probably have to look up each ground in
turn. E.g. the following page gives various stats, including run rates, overall,
by decade, 1st and 2nd innings, day and d/n matches, etc, for Adelaide.

The page below lists all of the grounds used for Tests and/or ODIs. I suggest
that you open this in a separate window.
http://uk.cricinfo.com/db/STATS/BY_GROUND/
If you move your mouse pointer over the hyperlink for each ground and look in
the status bar, you should see the URL for the hyperlink, with the ground ID at
the end, e.g. Bellerive Oval, Hobart = 905 - I'm assuming that you are using
Internet Explorer or your browser does the same thing. If you now go back to the
window with the Adelaide stats and replace the 131 in the URL (near the
beginning, after 'groundid=') with 905, you will get the stats for Hobart.
