The summer snow in southern Norway(pics)

On June 1. and 2. it snowed in parts of southern Norway.
Seems one must go back 30 years since this happened.
Here are some pictures from the Trøndelag counties
(around Trondheim).. It snowed all the way down to the sea.
And it all happened when the meteorologists (DNMI) are on
STRIKE. No weather forecast on national TV (NRK) currently!
What if a little bit more snow came so that the roads were
not usuable with the summer tires. Then it would have
been an outcry! I imagine they drew a heavy sigh that
it didn't come to that - but just an inch from such a situation...
