.... no idea what's going on there: similar problems last month. I
don't think it's as simple as 'leaves in the funnel', but I could be
wrong on that. I get the impression by comparing some of the data with
mine (and yours) that there may be a 'firmware' problem with the AWS
on site, or something not 'firing' properly with the software
algorithms that integrate the rain gauge pulses and produce the
appropriate group in the SYNOP.
