'cause weather data recording doesn't normally take DST into account.
It sticks with UTC and TZ offset. The clock time of taking

One could say that Davis are American and therefore the rest of the
world and their silly time zones don't exist but that would be a
little unfair. I suspect it is an oversight associated with UTC +13
and > instead of >=.

Why don't you shift time zone on your PC to some where that has only
an 11 hour or less offset and see if the export works then. Don't
forget to set your TZ back afterwards...

You're dead right Dave. I've just reset the time zone to Hobart (UTC+10) and it works fine. Exported results include midnight. Thanks for that. With that evidence I'll approach the NZ Davis dealer to try to get something done!!
