Power Cuts ravage central Dorset

Well not exactly. A digger at work somewhere near Milborne St Andrew
cut the supply apparently to two or three villages for about 4 hours.
It coincided with the passing of the cold front which seems to have
been 1152. It was 9.2C then and is now 6.4. There was some 5.8mm rain.

Thus the disruption warning proved 'correct' - perhaps the JCB fellow
glanced out of his cab and dug a little too vigorously.

According to the local BBC girl Dorset and Wiltshire are most at risk
of some snow tomorrow. If it does not occur the Red Warning will
prove,yet again, somewhat exaggerated
