If you're interested in northerly webcams, I quite often check out the one
at the University of Tromsø in Norway. They have timelapse videos of their
webcam that you can watch (and they are archived) as well as weather data.

Yep! That's another one I've been spying too. I've never been lucky enough
to visit the 'land of the midnight sun' but these two webcams have give me a
good idea of what it might be like.

The mid-winter Tromso timelap video is interesting... virtually permanent
night except for a couple of hours where the horizon begins to lighten, only
to return back to darkness again!
